We would like to inform you that due to the Holiday season there will be more than likely be SEVERE delays in shipping!
We HIGHLY suggest using UPS instead of the Post Office (USPS) during this time period.
CLAIMS CAN ONLY BE FILED FOR PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGES. ALL PRIORITY MAIL AND UPS PACKAGES ARE INSURED AND COVERED IF THEY ARE LOST OR DAMAGED, STOLEN PACKAGES ARE NOT COVERED.
If your order was $100 or less you are responsible for filing the claim. If your order is over $100 please email us at Info.AJBlanks@gmail.com and we will file the claim. Please understand that claims take time to process so we will not be able to refund you or ship you new items until the claim is processed. If you need an order urgently we highly suggest placing a NEW order and if the claim is cleared we can refund you for the initial order.
IF you choose to use The Post Office (USPS) for your shipping needs ONLY Priority Mail is insured. FIRST CLASS Packages are NOT insured therefore if your order is lost or damaged nothing can be done, for this reason we highly suggest using Priority Mail. IF you would like to file a claim for your LOST package, please allow 14 days after your item was expected to arrive to do so. In order to file a claim you must have an account with USPS.com. We will not be filing claims during this time. You must contact the post office to retrieve your missing items.
IF you choose to use UPS for your shipping needs all items are insured and covered for being lost or damaged. IF you would like to file a claim for a lost or damaged packaged, please allow 3 days after your item was expected to arrive to do so. STOLEN packages are not covered.
AJ Blanks is NOT responsible for packages that are LOST or STOLEN during this time and packages will NOT be resent.
